This is the Wehrmacht Air Raid siren and being green its the Army one of course.

Dated 1940, the bakelite handle is spring loaded, you pull it towards you and it releases from its rest at the top of the siren.

There is also a lever to alter the pitch. To operate, you rest it on your leg and turn the handle, see me in the picture.

Very loud, works as good today as it did nearly 70 years ago.

Slight paint loss on the speaker but that's it. No damage to the bakelite handle of the alloy leg rest.

One of the more uncommon examples.

Original 1939 aluminium badge with pinback fixing, the reverse has ESCH L?? but it is a little unclear.

Excellent condition.

Excellent original Nazi mag for the 9mm Walther P38. It has P38U on one side and the maker's code JVD together with a Waffenampt stamp above this on the other.

Some slight scratches on one side, otherwise fine and still functions perfectly.

Very rarely seen now.
